How to prepare silicone rubber self-adhesive tape?

The silicone rubber self-adhesive tape has a density of 1.47 g/cm3. To 100 parts of the aforementioned fluorosilicone rubber raw rubber, add 100, 150, and 230 parts of boron nitride powder (product of Shin-Etsu Company, Japan: KBN-h-10) respectively (the volume fraction of BN is 40%, 50%, and 60%). Mix these with 25 parts of the aforementioned fumed silica in a kneading machine under the same conditions to form three types of rubber compounds. Then, cure and evaluate the properties under the same conditions. The results are listed in Table 7-26.

Tetramethyldisiloxane complex (with a platinum mass fraction of 10%), 0.05 parts of 1-ethynylcyclohexanol, and 1.0 part of methyl-terminated (CHshSO/HCHtSO copolymer (with a S-H group concentration of 7.0 nl/kg)) are mixed on a double-roll machine to form an addition-type extrusion molding silicone rubber compound 11.

The mixed silicone rubber 11 is thermally vulcanized for 5 minutes under the condition of 150°C to produce a 2 mm thick test piece, and its physical properties are measured. Then, it is extruded using an extruder with a screw diameter of 60 mm to form a silicone rubber tube with an inner diameter of 16 mm and an outer diameter of 24 mm. Subsequently, it is continuously introduced into a hot-air vulcanizing oven at 250°C for 18 seconds to observe whether there are any bubbles in the vulcanized product.
